On top of providing financial and budget-related task support, you will co-deliver key on-the-ground learning experiences with diverse project teams located across Sabah and convey these experiences as compelling data. You will work cross-functionally with a team of administrators, bookkeepers, creatives and community organisers to develop engaging materials, alongside effective coordination. This role will require you to be comfortable with Microsoft Office Excel, be adept in English speaking and writing, and fluency in Malay.

Your Impact/ You Will
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement clear strategies and design standards for the deployment of key experiential learning programmes and course curriculum/ content.
- Assist in co-delivering and coordinating fundamental operational and logistical aspects of said experiential learning experiences, and/or capacity training programmes.
- Co-devise and implement reasonable budget projections, and financial responsibilities including but not limited to creating advanced payment requests and financial reporting.
- Identify FSI financial needs, and locate or develop appropriate processes to meet those needs – able to appropriately advise and provide insight to the core planning team on which areas can be re-devised/ enhanced.
- Possesses the ability to comprehend complex organisational processes and the implementation of innovative, people-centred operational systems.
- Build in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) considerations into all finance and budget solutions.
- Assess and report on the effectiveness of materials by collecting and analysing various data points/ feedback for continuous iteration on delivery or future training.
- Maintain internal project/ financial management tools to track and show progress on materials in development.
- Manage the upkeep, review and refresh of existing budgets, curriculum and related materials, as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on latest instructional design trends and innovations, and incorporate where applicable.
- Assist the team on any ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when required.
You Have
- Familiarity with Sabah, along with a curious and eager-to-learn mindset
- The ability to work across multiple finance and administrative protocols, and working environments conducive to diverse project teams
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred; with experience in Mathematics-related subjects
- Mastery in software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation), and Google Sheets
- Excellent written and spoken command of the English language (mastery of the language is a must, fluency in Malay is a plus)
- Strong networking & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in translating intricate concepts, innovative ideas, and personal experiences into impactful and structured data reporting
- A valid driving licence
- Basic bookkeeping skills – a plus
- Research and copywriting skills – a plus
- Visual design skills including knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop – a plus
- Experience in planning and facilitating training workshops – a plus
